After a life career immersed in the discovery the ideal balance of both realms, fine art and business design and business communications, Pam embarked upon a journey to first, research what the core of the disconnect was regarding the arts, climate and equity communications. Second, she recently solidified her research and expanded upon her leadership competencies through completing the Executive Master of Public Administration at the Evan’s School of Public Policy and Social Governance with the University of Washington.

What has resulted is a fresh, and profoundly unique approach, packed with knowledge, inspiring and immersive conceptual creative flow blended seamlessly with tangible strategic approaches for adaptive leadership and effective brand design and communications. We are driven to help others add in several unique processes and frameworks to empower leaders, teams, and visionaries to bridge the very real gaps in equity and climate communications that currently exist.
